  • Customer Service of the Month: June

  • Julie Downs
  •  An Ambassador of the Chamber nominated Valentine Sandoval, of the Holiday Inn & Suites of Taylor, for Customer Service of the Month.

The Chamber presented this award to Valentine for her help with Gala.  When asked if she could help with some personalization for some of the silent auction items, she jumped into action. Her eagerness and creativity contributed to a more profitable Gala.  Valentine is always so smiley and kind.  When this announcement was made on social media, comment after comment was made about her hospitality and how she wonderful she made guests feel during their stay at the hotel.  We truly appreciate her going above and beyond, not only at work, but as a volunteer in the community.  Please remember the Holiday Inn Express & Suites for visiting friends and family. Valentine will be there, ready and waiting, to welcome them!
