CEO Power Breakfast
Taylor plans first Power Breakfast
In the Greater Taylor Chamber of Commerce's continued efforts to bring business leaders together to hear and talk about the issues they are facing; President Tia Rae Stone announces a new CEO Power Breakfast series.
"We are excited to begin this twice-yearly series," Stone said. "In addition to connecting with the people leading the future of business across the state, we hope we will learn from our CEOs, owners and managers what kinds of services they need here in Taylor."
The Power Breakfasts kick off with Texas Workforce Commissioner Aaron Demerson at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, May 25, at 5th and Vance Events, 301 W. 5th St.
Everyone with an interest in the Taylor area business landscape will want to attend the morning event to connect with Demerson and help him hear directly from you what local business needs.
"People will really enjoy hearing from him," TSTC's Michael Smith said. "He is engaging and really wants to hear what businesses need from the people who lead them."
Seating is limited to 60 and there is one sponsorship still available for $450 that includes promotion and 8 seats. Samsung and 5th and Vance Events are the current sponsors of the breakfast.
Individual tickets are $50 for Chamber members and $65 for non-members.
Stone said the event and series are designed so speakers can share their unique strategies for facing specific business challenges, and to bring the business community together for critical information and valuable networking
